1 Peruvian Toluca chorizo, sliced
1 cup cooked rice
1 cup cooked beans
1 chopped onion
1 garlic clove, minced
2 tablespoons vegetable oil

Salt and pepper to taste
Fried egg (optional for serving)
Instructions:
Heat the oil in a large skillet and fry the Toluca chorizo until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, sautƩ the onion and garlic until golden. Add yellow chili pepper if you want a spicy kick.
Add the cooked rice and beans, mixing well. Cook over medium heat, pressing the mixture lightly with a spatula to form a crispy golden crust at the bottom.
