Arepas with Toluca Chorizo and Guasacaca



This recipe combines Venezuelan tradition with the unmistakable flavor of Toluca chorizo. Freshly made arepas are stuffed with grilled chorizo and a vibrant guasacaca sauce made from avocado, tomato, onion, and cilantro. Ingredients:

  • Toluca Venezuelan chorizo

  • 2 freshly made arepas

  • 1 avocado

  • 1 ripe tomato

  • Chopped onion (optional)
