8 corn tortillas
1 ripe avocado
1 ripe tomato
1/4 of onion
1 clove garlic
1 jalapeno pepper (optional, if you like it spicy)
Juice of 1 lemon
fresh cilantro
Salt and pepper to taste Olive oil
Preparation:
Prepare the avocado salsa: In a food processor or blender, combine the avocado, tomato, onion, garlic, jalapeno pepper (if using), lemon juice, a handful of fresh cilantro, and salt and pepper to taste. Blend until you obtain a smooth and creamy sauce. Booking.
