Mexican chorizo made in the USA

Prepare this cider delight!



Ingredients:

1 kg of Toluca Guatemalan choricitos 250 ml of natural cider, cooked potato to accompany

Prepare it like this:

Put the chorizos in a saucepan and prick them to release some of their juices.

Add the cider and cook over high heat.

When it starts to boil, cook for 5 minutes and lower the temperature. Leave for another 15 minutes.
