Today we bring a variety of corn food little known from our land and very easy to prepare called Arepa Mexicana, enjoy it!
Ingredients:
6 chorizos Toluca
4 arepas
1 cup Guacamole
1 can of Tender Corn
1 Pico de gallo oil salt and pepper to taste
2 ripe avocados
3 tbsp white onion finely chopped
1 tbsp lemon juice hot pepper to taste Salt
1/2 cup onion, minced
2 tbsp chopped cilantro
1 tbsp oil
1 tbsp vinegar pepper to taste
How to make it:
Peel and remove the seed from the avocados, with the help of a fork, mash the avocados. Mix with the lemon, coriander, onion, salt and chili to taste.
Cut the chorizos into small pieces. In a frying pan, heat a little oil and fry the sausages until golden brown on both sides.
Heat the arepas. Spread guacamole on each arepa, then pico de gallo, tender corn and finally pieces of chorizo.
