MEXICAN AREPA

Today we bring a variety of corn food little known from our land and very easy to prepare called Arepa Mexicana, enjoy it!


Ingredients:

  • 6 chorizos Toluca

  • 4 arepas

  • 1 cup Guacamole

  • 1 can of Tender Corn

  • 1 Pico de gallo oil salt and pepper to taste

  • 2 ripe avocados

  • 3 tbsp white onion finely chopped

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice hot pepper to taste Salt

  • 1/2 cup onion, minced

  • 2 tbsp chopped cilantro

  • 1 tbsp oil

  • 1 tbsp vinegar pepper to taste


How to make it:

  • Peel and remove the seed from the avocados, with the help of a fork, mash the avocados. Mix with the lemon, coriander, onion, salt and chili to taste.

  • Cut the chorizos into small pieces. In a frying pan, heat a little oil and fry the sausages until golden brown on both sides.

  • Heat the arepas. Spread guacamole on each arepa, then pico de gallo, tender corn and finally pieces of chorizo.
