COLOMBIAN EGGS

Do you know the traditional Colombian "pericos"?


Today we teach you how to prepare them as they are made in the native land šŸ„°šŸ˜‹šŸ“

Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

  • 1/2 white onion chopped

  • 1/2 chopped tomato

  • 1/4 cup chopped Colombian Toluca chorizo

  • 4 eggs

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro


Preparation:

1. Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium heat.

2. Add the onion and tomato and cook until soft.

3. Add the Colombian chorizo and cook for 2-3 minutes until golden.

4. Beat the eggs in a bowl and add them to the pan.

5. Cook the eggs, stirring until they are cooked, add salt and pepper to taste and sprinkle the chopped cilantro on top.

6. Serve hot accompanied by arepas or toasted bread.
