Ingredients
Toluca Chorizos
1/2 cup grated panela cheese
1/4 cup orange juice
A pinch of ground ginger
Instructions:
In a large skillet, cook the chorizos over medium-high heat until they are golden brown and fully cooked. Remove them from the skillet and place them on a plate.
In the same skillet where you cooked the chorizos, add the grated panela cheese and water. Cook over medium heat until the panela melts and thickens into a syrup.
Add the chorizos to the skillet with the panela syrup and cook for a few minutes, stirring constantly, until they are caramelized.
