Chorizo, cheese and olives pizza


First we will make the pizza bases.

  • For each base we will dissolve 20 g of baker's yeast in 100 ml of warm water.

  • In a large bowl, place 200 g of strong flour with 1 pinch of salt for each base.

  • We add the water with yeast, 30 ml of extra virgin olive oil and mix.

  • We knead for a few minutes until the dough is soft on the outside and firm on the inside.

  • We put it in a bowl, cover it with film and let the dough rest for 1 hour.

  • We preheat the oven to 200ºC.

  • After this time we stretch the dough on a baking sheet. If you want you can use baking paper too.

For the pizza , we spread the base with 150 g tomato sauce, place Hot Mexican Chorizo from Que Rico Cook cured cut into slices, 50 g of crumbled feta cheese, 200 g of grated mozzarella cheese , a little fresh oregano and some green olives.

We cook the pizza with the ingredients for 15-20 minutes.

We serve.
