ARGENTINIAN PICADITAS
A quick appetizer that also works perfectly as a snack or party platter...

Ingredients:
Toluca Argentine Chorizo (½ lb)
Corn tostadas (8–10)
Cheddar or mozzarella cheese (½ cup, shredded)
Green onions (2, chopped)
Fresh guacamole (½ avocado, mashed)
Hot sauce (to taste)
Instructions:
Cook the Toluca Argentine Chorizo in a skillet over medium heat, breaking it up as it cooks, for 5–6 minutes.
Place the tostadas on a baking sheet.
Top each tostada with a spoonful of cooked chorizo, a sprinkle of cheese, and a sprinkle of green onions.
Broil at 350°F for 3–4 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and top with a small spoonful of fresh guacamole. Serve with hot sauce.
