A traditional, hearty dish full of Central American history.

Ingredients:
Toluca Chorizo
Beef chunks
Yuca
Green plantain
Garlic
Onion
Cumin
Cilantro
Salt to taste
Instructions:
In a large pot, sauté the Toluca chorizo until it releases its flavor.
Add the beef and cook until browned. Stir in the garlic, onion, and cumin. Add water and cook over medium heat.
When the beef is tender, add the yucca and green plantain. Cook until everything is well combined and the sauce has thickened. Finish with fresh cilantro.
